Pocket Geek Tech Repair was named Best Service and Repair Provider at the Mobile News Awards 2023. The awards ceremony took place on 16th March in London.

About the Awards


The acclaimed Mobile News Awards were launched in 1995 and have become the UK’s main awards event for the mobile technology industry. Every year, the event sees industry leaders come together to recognise top businesses across over 20 different categories and included brands such as Belkin International, Samsung, BT, Vodafone and Lebara.

The Process


Submissions for the awards were made in February 2023 and rigorously assessed by a panel of independent judges with experience in telecommunications.


Pocket Geek Tech Repair was announced as one of the finalists in the Best Service and Repair category alongside Samsung, MTR Group, The Techout, TMT First and ArmaFone. The criteria included operational efforts, such as speed of repair, returns reduction and quality control.


Following the event, we were recognised in the Mobile News winners’ book which contains details about the winners from each category and comments on the winning submission.

What did the Judges Say


Pocket Geek Tech Repair was called out for our great service level agreements (SLA’s), walk in repairs and device protection, giving our consumers a comprehensive solution. Our metrics around the 90-day warranty rate and exceptionally high standards were also recognised.
